Glitter In The Air

It was two of our friends’ civil partnership on Saturday just gone, and in addition to having a marvellous night celebrating this fabulous occasion with them and other friends at The Hospital Club in Covent Garden, I also had my first ever slow dance!

It seems very Bridget Jones to be saying that at the age of 24, but I come from a very small family, so weddings are fairly infrequent occurances for me!

Jonny and Richard chose a marvellous first song to kick off their married life, P!nk’s ‘Glitter In The Air’ – though from a ‘selfish’ point of view,  slow dancing with Greg around everyone else on the dance floor was one of the ‘snuggliest’/sweetest moments of my life thus far I reckon! 🙂

Not that I’m trying to steal the moment as my own from the happy couple (who looked magnificent), of course heh!

/end-of-soppiness! 😉
