Recent round-up and something fabulous!

OK, so once again I’ve not made a personal post to my blog in weeks it would seem.

Apologies – things have just been so busy lately, especially with work. Therefore, I’m going to post a quick bullet pointed post to bring you all up to speed with where my life’s now at :oD

  • Went to see Boyzone at the O2 Arena the other week – very good show.
  • In the suite next to us were Leon Jackson and some of last year’s X-Factor lot – Leon looked to be rather drunk at one point – bless, reminds me when I was his age and had access to alcohol heh.
  • The Boyzone fans were amazing – they were cheering so loudly that the floor actually shook! Half of the time, they were also singing louder than the boys themselves were able to – so hats off to them!
  • Technically a very good show – especially when they fly over the audience for ‘No Matter What’
  • At the start of the show, they did look a little haggard and like they couldn’t be bothered. Once they got into the swing of things however they put on a fantastic show – most of them now have MUSCLES too!!
  • Greg and I kept getting harrangued by people on the way home – namely a big boobed girl and her friend, as well as a lovely 34 year old Irish lady on the boat home, whom agreed with us about how beautiful London is at night/by river.
  • Also went to see Avril Lavigne; she was amazing – I think her show had the best audience atmosphere that I have ever experienced! It honestly was electric and made me all tingly!
  • Decided I really like Avril and so will have to purchase all of her albums now – VERY good show!
  • Uniqlo have become my favourite place for buying clothes; especially when they’re cheaper and of better quality than the tat at Topman!
  • Work has been rather manic for me in the last 14 days I have only had one day off. Meh. But I get three days off this week, so hurrah! Darn Month End!
  • Last night I discovered the Billy Elliot movie – absolutely stunning – I am annoyed that no-one forced me to watch this sooner!!! Someone needs to take me to the musical version ASAP please hehe. Pan’s Labyrinth is the next film that I really want to see.
  • We got broken into a few weeks ago; only Lauren’s Macbook was taken though fortunately it’s insured. No damage was done to the house or owt, but did leave us both rather shaken up.

So, I’ve given you my recent round-up, and now it’s time for the ‘something fabulous’ that I promised you…

I’ve fallen head over heels in love!

As many of you whom know me in real life will know, things got kinda intense with Greg and I recently and it turns out that we both really REALLY like each other.

I know for some, this may seem to be a little soon after dating and whatnot, however remember that Greg and I have been chatting for like 9/10 months now and this has been something which has been steadily developing – I’ve fallen complicitly for him and it’s an absolutely amazing feeling!

What can I say other than I am ecstatically happy at the moment?! Despite being physically and mentally knackered, even my bosses at work have commented on the huge grin I’ve had on my face these past few weeks. :oD

I was surfing the Tube of You the other day and remembered this classic song, which I really think sums Greg up perfectly hehe! *ducks*

Haha!! The person on YouTube has taken the better vocals and matched them with the original video – alas the original vocals were nothing short of terrible!

Tuesday 3rd June 2008; c. 22:00, upstairs at Ku in case anyone’s interested in when it became official hehe!

So there we have it, my life as it stands at the moment. Around 336 hours worth of stuff condensed into 5 minutes reading :oD

Thanks for reading xx
